Refund Policy

Refunds: If for any reason you are not satisfied simply return within 14 daystags attached in unworn condition. You may request a refund or exchange for the same item or another item of equal or lessor value, whichever you prefer. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. We do not have the capability to create return mailing labels.  Only products purchased at are eligible for a return or refund. Products purchased off site are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchange. We strive to do what is right, make the client satisfied and provide a quality product. Not eligible for returns/refunds:

  • Worn or Washed Items
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Non-factory damaged items
  • Items with tags not attached
  • Items purchased off site
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Damaged due to your error
  • Damage from washing machine
  • Damage due to heat drying
  • Any item that is returned after 14 days

Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
Only original price paid for items will be refunded minus shipping fees. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
